Shipping Policy:

At Boombird, shipping's on us! Enjoy free shipping with every purchase. We'll hustle to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Once it's on its way, sit tight and expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

1 Year Warranty:

Your Boombird comes with a 1-year warranty because your peace of mind is our priority . This warranty covers any operational defects or malfunctions that may occur within one year from the date of purchase. Just a heads-up though – the warranty does not cover damages caused by general wear and tear, water damage, intentional damage, or theft.

If you believe your Boombird is not working properly, hit us up at hello@boombird.shop with the subject line "Warranty Request." Don't forget to drop your Name, Email Address, Order #, Date of Purchase, and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will respond within two business days.

If your Boombird meets the warranty requirements, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we've got your Boombird back in our nest, we will send a one-time replacement right back to you – no charge!

Returns:

Now, let's talk returns. As a policy, we do not accept returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition or due to misuse of the product. Returns are also not accepted for any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.

But hey, we get it – life happens! That's why we offer a 7-day return policy for performance issues. After this period, the warranty will cover defects with a replacement, but returns will not be accepted. Approved Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product.

If you've got a physical defect or you got a wrong product, holler at us within 24 hours. Just shoot an email to hello@boombird.shop with "Received Incorrect Order" in the subject line. Don't forget to drop your Name, Email Address, Order #, and Date of Purchase. We'll make things right – pinky promise!
