Shipping policy

At BoomBird, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by offering transparent and efficient shipping processes. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping, delivery, and return policies.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Typically, it takes us 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment. Please note that orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to communicate any delays.

Shipping and Delivery Times
We currently offer FREE shipping with in India. Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, certain variables like weather conditions, public holidays, and unforeseen service interruptions may cause delays. If there are any significant disruptions, we will inform you and provide updated delivery times.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to you. In case of any lost or delayed packages, please contact our customer support team at hello@boombird.shop, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
